Drag and drop a folder from desktop to personal folder not moves it (cut
and copy) but makes a copy of it and the initial folder remains at the
desktop (copy and paste).

I unmounted a CD (manually from command line), and nautilus' right-click
menu still has both Mount and Eject, so this works for me. (I didn't
try with burning a CD right now, though, but it worked fine a week ago).

That's normal behavior. I get the same messages sort of. What's
interesting is what gets output when you change the Visual effects
settings, as described in the other bug report. If you get none, then

Ops, sorry, disregard my last comment. The phantom CD is not replaced
when I insert a real one. They exist side by side. I just didn't see it
before.

Yes, the file is recreated with compiz even when visual effects are not
active. However visual effect changes cannot be changed due to this bug:

I have the same problem with a real install.
I'm not sure that it's a nautilus issue because i have the same problem with
thunar 1.1 and pcmanfm2.
Both show me an audio cd when there is no cd
