The same bug was reproducible in Ubuntu 10.04, as I use the new version of
gcalctool(5.31.1). I think the upgraded version of Gcalctool, with the new UI
has this problem. I followed the steps given in the comment above, and
gcalctool crashed, but as told above if I had some value in the

I think it is important to solve this because many people turn to thunderbird

The peculiar thing is that this was/is happening in Maveric. I was
running Lucid on another partition with no problem. This morning after
installing startup manager the problem started in Lucid. File Manager
started over and over again.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut
should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu installation,
which affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug
can't be addressed as part of the project.

hi, i have the same problem under Lucid Lynx. However, it's the same
when i try to edit the tags in easytag or another media player, so i
don't think this is a rhythmbox-issue! My music folder has

Rhythmbox freezes after every song. When I go to use the Force Quit
applet it appears to disappear but the tray icon is still present, so
relaunching it won't

If you're using auto-login and have a keyring pass-phrase, then this is
the expected behaviour (as your login passphrase is normally what
unlocks the keyring)

not sure what the issue is but that's not a gdm bug, likely one software
trying to use the keyring, it could be the calendar, im, wifi,
ubuntuone, or any other software

OK heres is the thing,
ubuntu claims to be linux for human beings... as long as I have to use
the command line just to set my primary monitor then ubuntu has failed.
And don't be all its an upstream issue because they are not the onces
claiming to be for human begins, you are.
