Setting the two gconf keys to true specifically for Ubuntu is quite

On closer inspection of the package it seems the new icons in notify-osd
are a copy-paste thing from existing gnome-icon-theme stuff, so not as
much wasted work as I first expected. Sorry for the noise.

I don't think this is the right way to do it. It sounds like a icky thing to
do, since human-icon-theme inherit gnome-icon-theme already, so you'll have a
circular dependency kind off.
It will also deepen the gap between upstream and ubuntu's gnome-icon-theme (the

Might help to add the icon to hicolor in gnome-session
(usr/share/gnome-session/icons/hicolor/size/actions)
Some info on how to do it here: http://live.gnome.org/ThemableAppSpecificIcons/
This will hopefully make it work for themes that don't inherit human-
icon-theme (ie most of them).

This is a hicolor issue. When putting a icon on the desktop, Nautilus asks the
icon theme (hicolor) what size it wants and Hicolor tells it it wants a
scalable with a 128x128 canvas. Banshee provides a scalable with a 48x48 canvas
though, so Nautilus gets all confused.

A lot of these actions are already covered by the icon-naming-spec, so no need
for a extra package, some of them is missing from Tango/Tangerine though, so I
think I'll add them. For the application icon, mr Steiner did a quite nice icon
some time ago:
If the specific icons are not covered by the icon-naming-spec, they
should be installed by file-roller into hicolor, as icon-themes
following the icon-naming-spec will not include those icons, however
icon themes can override the icons in hicolor by providing their own
icons for those actions.
