For me, that doesn't quite do it. After installing python-gtkglext (from
glchess' Sourceforge page), I still can't run in 3D. The message
mentions also needing OpenGL Python bindings (assumedly
http://pyopengl.sourceforge.net?).

There's a bug upstream attached to this bug; that's the one I mean.

Here's a valgrind log from my system. No crash :(, but perhaps something
useful here; I ran it for days. (I'm mostly posting this to link to it
upstream; it's too big for bugs.gnome.org.)

Is this bug still a problem? If so what version of gaim are you using?
Also not a problem, also using beta 6. Marking fixed, reopen if
necessary.

Crash while trying to
I haven't been able to reproduce this bug since. Keep in mind that I'm
using zsh as my shell, which seems to cause problems (bug #85261). I'm
not sure if you'd want to try zsh to reproduce this, but I'm yet unable.

The keys are similarly broken in Banshee; filed separately as bug
#87299.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gedit
I opened a valgrind log (attachment forthcoming) to inspect it and gedit
crashed after a few seconds.
I previously reported bug #85261 in zsh4. In that, gedit doesn't crash,
so I think this is different.
