Spain. ca...@valencia, c...@valencia, or @valencia CAN NOT be
translated, as valencia is just a arbitrary string made up by user,

Locale list in GDM of Maverick do not show locale variants. For example
for Belarus locale there are 2 entries: Беларуская (Беларусь) for
be_BY.UTF-8 and same Беларуская (Беларусь) for be_by.ut...@latin. It's
confusing.

It has nothing to do with scaling. It is a margins which are added to
left/right sides, instead of top/bottom, which would be appropriate in
