Make a symlink:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libwnck-1.so.22 /usr/lib/libwnck-1.so.18
and make sure, that in System Preferences Sessions a power manager
is checked.
Found in other bug post. Launchpad rox - quite every problem can be
solved here :D

Shutdown/reboot window hangs up.
The same problem for me after dist-uprading to Feisty (on Edgy

Problem solved. I just moved a directory where i store wallpapers, so
gnome-background-propertiesdidn't saw it and ran properly. Then i added
it manually again and everything is ok.
