the first time you enter in your gnome-flashback account it will show
unity, to fix it, you have to start the session in metacity mode and
then again in gnome-flashback gnome-panel mode.

Hello, the bug is still present in ubuntu 13.10 updated.
It seems that is fixed for the first login of a created user using first
unity and then gnome-panel.
But if you create a user and directly log in using gnome-fallback with
effects the mixed unity and gnome-panel appears, like said Ryan
Or the othr option is like Ryan sais, start with unity and then log off
and change to gnome flashback with effects.

Yes is still here, I use gnome-panel and to log off I have to use the

example remove the bottom bar with alt+win key right mouse and remove...
it will crash it's ok nothing else happen, but it crash... is just

are other problems like maximize, close and minimize button doesn't
work, but seems nobody interested in this gnome-panel desktop anymore...
I can't move to 13.04 in a working environment...
