No, in fact after upgrading gtk rhythmbox is no longer consuming that
amount or CPU. Can you tell me what was causing the trouble???...thanks

This is the Valgrid file, the program began to run, and took about five
hours debugging, I had to shutdown the machine. Let me tell you that for
this time the process used about 94% of the CPU and approx 289MB of RAM.

Hello Teej I tried to test it but after I did the upgrade to Lucid all
my network interfaces were shutdown and I was not able to brig it up,
cause the kernel does not seem to recognize it. I'm using an older
kernel now, will still the info be valuable with an older kernel???...

This was what I could get from the New Version of the Kernel and the
debug of the gnome-power-manager offline and not using the Internet,
Thi8s one is for the right version of kernel 2.6.32-10 in Lucid...I hope
this works.
