Appearing keyring password dialog in Chromium web browser after
automatic login setup problem can be solved by instaling gdm and purging
lightdm package (sudo apt-get install gdm sudo apt-get purge lightdm
). Sometimes keyring password dialog problem can be fixed only after
creating a new user.
Btw, I've noticed, that seahorse and GNOME Shell in Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty) with
lightdm crashes if you enter a blank password in Seahorse keyring password
changing dialog.
But crash doesn't appear when lightdm is removed and gdm is used instead,
that's why keyring password dialog in Chromium web
Btw, I've noticed, that seahorse and GNOME Shell in Ubuntu 14.04
(Trusty) crashes if you enter a blank password in Seahorse keyring
password changing dialog.
