I am experiencing the same issue, baobab is missing a lot of data, even when I run baobab as root (sudo baobab). In this case, /media/disk is an NTFS partition on the same drive that ubuntu is installed on (Dual Boot), but I can replicate this issue on other partitions. u...@ubuntu:/media/disk$
