plymouth shutdown screen. Hitting esc to reveal the console showed a
normal set of shutdown messages, ending with 'Reached target Shutdown'

The GNOME stack should be handling the suspend suppression. If it's
not, that seems to be an issue with yet another undocumented
interface/assumption within the GNOME components.

omapfb module floods system with udev events
As a medium-severity bug, this does not make sense to include as a last-
minute fix in saucy and should be handled as an SRU instead. Robert,
could you please populate this bug report with the necessary SRU
