So do you feel we can assume that on all machines suspend works?
It certainly doesn't, but at least it works on far more machines
than where it doesn't. Reportedly suspend sometimes fails randomly
I don't mind taking that approach on suspend. But every time I've
suggested that we enable suspend by default I've gotten push back from
everyone saying that it's not reliable enough. Either it is, and we can
set up a 10 min suspend by default or it isn't and we shouldn't ask
users to do it
