5. the title is set to ~FOOBAR
We expected that the title is set to /home/YOURUSERNMAEFOOBAR.

Hi, this is not a bug. The system doesn't know about the wallpaper if it
is not mounted at boot time. So you have to copy the wallpaper to a
filesystem which is mounted at boot time.
