How to reproduce:
1. Open xchat
2. Menu Settings Preferences Interface Text box
3. Tick Transparent background
4. Click OK
5. A window pops up. It says: Unable to set transparent background! You may be
using a non-compliant window manager that is not currently supported.
6. Transparent
