You probably don't have the right plugins installed the rm reproduction

Thanks for your report, can you try to play the video with the following
command: GST_DEBUG=3 GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 gst-launch-0.10 playbin
uri=file:///path/to/video
log and attach that log file to the report?, thanks.
