A GNOME login without keypress dosn't set GNOME keyboard
Additional information: this bug does not affect all the layout
switching options. With grps:shifts_toggle it cycles all the way
through as expected.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue as Dagfinn Ilmari Mannsåker.
How can I see my XKB rules? What other information can I provide that
could be helpful?

switching from keyboard work good, but in layout properties applet
function Add is disabled.
