evince on fiesty ( prev edgy and dapper)- just doesnt work at all !!

Tonight i upgraded to Gutsy, and Evince is now displaying pdf's correctly.
The upgrade did bring in a new version of the fglrx driver for the ATI card.
I had Direct Rendering enabled and composite disbled on feisty. ( ati drivers
needed composite disabled to enable DR i wanted DR)

I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a back trace. Ive tried by running
evince thru gdm, and attaching gdm to a running session.
with evince open, I open a pdf, and hit f5 (or select presentation view) and
the session crashes.
However the gdb session never returns to the gdb prompt.

Tried again - I attached gdb to the session after the crash (
desperation??) and picked up the information in gdb-evince_2.txt.

Do you have compiz enabled? Does it happen without it? That's probably a
issue with your video card and not an evince problem., thanks.
