Public bug reported: My laptop is docked with the lid closed and connected to 2 external monitors. After upgrading a bunch of packages from jammy in the last 24 hours I notice that when logging in, both of my external monitors just show the purple background whilst the login dialog was actually displayed on the closed lid of my laptop.
Wasn't sure if this should be filed against some other package as it doesn't look like gnome-shell or gdm3 have changed lately (I only see gnome-shell-extension-appindicator and gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock in my apt history that could be related...)
