Yes, I can second the notion that this seems independent from the two
proposed upstream issues, since this has also happened here when
upgrading to 22.04.

I'm unsure if that's the same issue since the problem wasn't there
before the upgrade where the upstream report is an old issue?
I've also a similar issue on a machine upgraded from impish which uses
