I would like to add a quick update. - HexChat also triggers the same issue as Anydesk, both wayland and x11. - I upgraded to Mantic Minotaur and the issue persists - I disabled legacy tray icons support from the extension Ubuntu Appindicators, and after a reboot the issue cannot be reproduced.
