I can confirm that there are no crashes anymore after the update to 44.1

Drag and drop crashes are likely to be fixed in the 44.1 update (bug

It just happened again. Some more info:
* This happened when I wanted to drag and drop a firefox tab to create a new
window
* After filing the bug report this morning I disabled all
gnome-shell-extensions to make sure it's not related to one of them
