After updating today, I still experience this bug. Left-clicking on gnome-panel clock causes panels (top and bottom) to freeze to left-click selections, while still permitting right-click menu selections. Shutdown icon unresponsive. Desktop switcher unresponsive. Eyeballs continue to track cursor!
