Still not done.
Still Xubuntu Power Management is not in Settings menu. Only accesible from
setting manager.
This is easy to fix.
Can somebody tell me how could i fix it? i would like to start learning to make
bug fixes

It's a problem with more gnome packages; for instance in gnome desktop
utilities, the utilities don't show up in the applications menu when
you're running xfce4 (e.g. in XUbuntu). Can the fix be ported to the
other Gnome packages as well?

Thanks for the bug report, Toshio. Unless the power management icon was
not displayed for a particular reason, I can confirm this bug.
Changing, OnlyShowIn=GNOME; to OnlyShowIn=GNOME;XFCE; and then
regenerating the menu does allow the power management application to
show under Applications
