The issue is due to gvfs and dbus, you can workaround it using dbus-
launch to run nautilus

you one time a few minutes but it takes triager an hundred time a few

I am confirming this bug. Having a blank cd-r in the tray while running
gksudo nautilus fails to start nautilus.
