I listed the partitions badly, here it goes: IDE DISK 1 /sda1 (ntfs)/windows SP2 and programs /sda2 (ntfs)/all data I work with IDE DISK 2 /sdb1 (ext3/ubuntu 8.04 spanish No raid is made So the *.svg files are stored in several different folders but always in second partition example:

You got that! I've just realized that a *.svg file in my ubuntu desktop and it opens directly However I need to have dual boot (for now), so data partition has to be ntfs (or fat 32...) Other programs *.doc, *.pdf... don't have this problem I use Inkscape a lot, and like it much, but I see it has
