I can confirm this bug. On first inspection it would seem that the url
isn't properly encapsulated with or the punctuation question
mark isn't properly escaped.

Hi, This is not a duplicate.
The problem in bug #233913 does not seem to exist on my machine.
Additionally, the 'custom launcher' is a different application to the
'Create Launcher' on the desktop.
If you can confirm that the following reproducible steps above result in
the correct outcome in
