Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-session

my gnome-session is no longer saved on logout after upgrade to intrepid.
i've checked that gnome-session is in fact running, `/.gnome2/gnome-
session is non-empty, and gnome-session-properties shows the box next
toe "save on exit" or whatever is checked.

however, running gnome-session-properties from the command line yields this
error when i try the "save now" button:
** (gnome-session-properties:26207): DEBUG: Session saving is not implemented
yet!

let me know what i can do to debug, this is of course somewhat
frustrating.

this is on intrepid, gnome-session 2.24.0-0ubuntu1

** Affects: gnome-session (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
