This upload fixes the issue:

* New upstream version:
- fix imap server being pinged when using the offline imap mode
(Ubuntu: #38154)
- fix segfault with the search bar (Ubuntu: #53869)
- fix the send and receive dialog
The problem is with /usr/share/applications/evolution-mail.desktop.
It's missing Encoding, but is otherwise fine.
