I can still confirm the bug in Natty as well. Evolution keeps
segfaulting when using different mail profiles at the same time.
Fortunately, the manual account switching as described in the original
message still works.

Installed the packages and did the backtrace as instructed above (sorry,
I'm not really competent with GDB). Here is the new file.
