It can be solved by creating a symbol link
cd /usr/bin/
sudo ln -s unrar-free unrar
However I hope the file-roller's maintainer to solve it

I've just tried opening a random rar I've got from the net. It works
with unrar and rar-nonfree, but not with only rar-free. However, it may
have been just an unsupported version of file.

Yes, I know about rar. But according to
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/non-free/u/unrar-nonfree/unrar-nonfree_3.5.4-1/unrar.copyright
rar is not free. While it is true that it is quite superior to unrar-free , I
do not think that file-roller should only use rar. I don't know how
