Also happening for me with 10.10 booted in Try Ubuntu mode from USB
stick. The error is a little different than described as the URIs it
complains about work fine when opened in FireFox, i.e.:

Reinstalling the ubuntu-docs package fixed the problem. I don't know
how this problem might have happened, therefore I'm going to close this
bug. Anyway, thanks for the hint !
