I believe has been fixed for Transmission with the upload of one of
indicator related packages. Marking it as invalid as there was nothing
to do here.

thank you for your bug report, that's a known bugs that it doesn't
respect the show_icon for stock items, that will be fixed for lucid, not
a bug in the application though
