Public bug reported:
Having installed Guake I tried adding `/usr/bin/guake --hide` to Startup
Applications. However, it was not in the list of startup applications
when I next booted.
I tested logging off and logging on again and found it wasn't persisting
between logins.
Data I entered was:

`MetaSyncRing` is I don't have any these logs.
I've tried various NVIDIA drivers with no luck.
After a reboot it seems ok but over time it quickly starts to lag much
more.

upgrading twice and I am unable to reproduce the bug (which was persistent
after reboot)
I tried to delete ~/.config/monitors.xml

Came here to say that either there is another bug than the
"MetaSyncRing" bug or that is not a clear indicator of this bug.
