I checked the the bug report you suggested: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308961 and included my information there. Seems to fit the problem - it's likely Nautilus is decreasing the font size from 7 to something like 5-6pt when using 33% zoom (though hard to tell at that size level)
