I get a segfault in libglib called from libgstreamer (didn't send the bt
since there's no debugging symbols anyway).
That's on 8.04 x86-64 because I haven't had time to upgrade yet - isn't

The latest rhythmbox versions in intrepid didn't create this static but
crash rhythmbox after playing a bit of the shorten file. Do you think I
should open a new bug? I remeber being able to play those files
correctly some time ago.

Still holds for official release... this is a gstreamer bug... Half the
shn wont play and the other half arent fully supported (tagging and
seeking) hopefully we can sort this out soon :)

Same problem with Movie-player (Gstreamer) and Armarok, although I don't
remember if I ever tried playing my shm files on 7.10
