is no 2.7 build available that is compatible to SeaMonkey 2.22.1.

Looks like the upstream accounts-daemon devs added a feature which makes
the daemon look in /etc/login.defs for UID_MAX, and it won't try to look
at UIDs higher than that.
Setting that to a lower value fixes things for me, so we can consider
this issue closed.
