My Lenovo Thinkpad X230 Tablet laptop has a VGA and a DVI connector. I
had the VGA hooked up to a Viewsonic 1920x1080 monitor, positioned above
it. From Settings I tried to add a Samsung monitor to the right of the
Viewsonic, via a DVI-to-HDMI passive connector, and got

have to apply yourself. it happens with hybrid graphics and the
proprietary nvidia driver.

I only recently started seeing locks - turns out that dri3 was OK for me,
but of course it then got disabled by default and I started getting locks.
Tested the proposed package for Trusty now and automatic driver package
installation is working now, so the workaround of using python-requests
instead of pycurl to retrieve data from OpenPrinting solves the problem.

X server disables acceleartion or turns off output

I figured out that /etc/init.d/pcscd is simply not getting installed by
the package although it is contained in pcscd_1.8.10-1ubuntu1_amd64.deb.
This is why I still had an old version of it on my machine.
Since I am no package expert I just can guess that this happens because
it is not
I am also affected. Samsung S4, Ubuntu 14.04.
Odd pattern: I turn phone USB Debugging off, then on again -- the phone
shows up for perhaps 10 seconds and I can run around the (limited)
directories within Nautilus. Then I get the error '
mtp:host=%5Busb%3A003%2C024%5D” could not be found. Perhaps

It has worked for a brief period of time, but now if I try to drag and drop any
file from the desktop to the trash bin on the Unity launcher, no response is
shown on-screen and the file stays on the desktop.

pcscd version 1.8.10-1 should have:
