The 2 reports are not entirely related. But I hope this report is only
limited to the scope of 69-language-selector-zh-tw.conf. The case for
Hong Kong is more serious, in that *none* of the fonts described above
have enough coverage of Hong Kong Supplementary Character Set
The bug 1173571 is about using which font as default for zh-tw, but all
of the fonts discussed there have more or less complete coverage for zh-
tw. Here I'm talking about font *not* complete for zh-hk but pretend to
be so. And yes, I do wish WenQuanYi be removed as title.

Public bug reported:
Currently the only font in Ubuntu supporting (or close enough) Hong Kong
Supplementary Character Set is Uming HK. WenQuanYi was claiming it
supports zh-hk, but in reality it is done with fontconfig deceiving.
In HKSCS charset definition dated 2004, there are 4941 characters.
