I'm also having this issue regularly, at least two times a day. I can't
say for sure but it seems that opening/closing tabs in Chrome is what
triggers a crash most frequently here.

I also experience this issue after a clean 14.04 installation. Layout
keeps switching all the time. It's incredibly annoying and infuriating.
My preferred keyboard layout is US International with dead keys (or
something like that, my environment is currently set to Spanish).
I need this keyboard
I know this doesn't add anything to the report but I need to mention
that I HATE THIS BUG WITH INTENSE, FERVOROUS PASSION.

Submitted a new bug report because none of the previous with the same
subject title are not related to the same rhythmbox version
(2.95-0ubuntu2) nor are these reports related to Precise.

and commented this line:
module: gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so
and the problem is gone for now.

Furthermore, I noticed the p11-kit package was NOT installed in my system,
which I suspect is required by gnome-keyring.
I installed it and reverted the /etc/pkcs11/modules/gnome-keyring-module to its
original state but the bug appeared again.
