Public bug reported:

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 13.10
Release:        13.10

$ apt-cache policy transmission-gtk
transmission-gtk:
  Installed: 2.82-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 2.82-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 2.82-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ saucy/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Other torrents work just fine, but this one silently dumps after 30 or so
seconds.

Apport does not catch the crash, and there's no -dbg version of the
package.
