Smarter jar task

           Summary: Smarter jar task
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.2
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

When using the copy task, if the directory being copied to does not exist, it is
created.

The jar task should behave consistently with this - if the directory I am going
to create the jar in does not exist, it should be created, rather than failing
the build as currently happens.
