Well, it's actually the fault of our sitemaps ;-)
Naming follows URLConnection. See [1] for explanation. I think that it
is an implementation detail what connect() does in a fact and other
classes should not bother.

I noticed a strange behaviour:
The version in the root pom dependenyManagement section does overwrite
the version in the block pom when installing the block locally: e.g.
cocoon-batik-impl
In the block pom version 1.0.0-RC1-SNAPSHOT is set

From your description this sounds like something maven should catch but
IIUC it sounds like an error in the cocoon-batik pom in that the version
doesn't match the dependencyManagement section it extends from. If this
had worked correctly you would have built
I opened a maven issue for this (http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-2959)

Thanks.
Anyway, IMO it should be merged back to trunk, that will ensure testing ;)

Hi,
I had some big trouble with the Internet-Explorer and periodical updates.
The Internet-Explorer didnt really send the requests to the sever, but
answered them from it's cache.
Everytime the cache was manually cleared a real update was made, but
only once.
The following modifications made

No problem.
Knowing that such commands existed in CVS (command prefixed with 'r') I
had a look for them in SVN as well, but didn't find them. But as I see
now svn delete takes a URL as parameter and so works remotely, doesn't it?
Yes, it does. Some
Hi everyone!
I´m writing my first application with cocoon 2.2 (M3) and have a problem.
I´d like using a ImageReader but with a custom SourceFactory and protocol.
For example, I´d like something like this inside the sitemap.xmap in my
block:
map:match pattern=/repo/folder/my_file.gif

problem to be fixed on your side.
No problem. Thanks for taking care of it.
Done.
I guess it was Subclipse issue. It can behave like an evil!
Thanks!
