Definitely, and it makes for a packed day, but I'm +1 on your program.
With such a packed schedule, I assume people won't stay in the main
room the whole time. It might be good to have some space available
during the whole day for informal

Why not? And try to have the material online *before* the talks, so
that people can read it in advance and ask good
