    Resolution: Not A Problem

Within nested blocks, sitemap parameters should be referred to by a relative 
path
to the (ancestor) node in which they are declared.
It is just semantically not clear. 
It is not a problem, but this should be documented. I had to look in the source 
code to discover this.
