Is a Histogram class in the works? I am currently
using org.apache.commons.math3.stat.Frequency to build my own. I think it
would be a really useful addition considering how thorough the other
statistical classes / methods are in math 3.

The Maven build worked fine with Java 1.6 and 1.7 on Windows 10. With
Java 1.8 I get the following compilation error in test classes:
