Looks like the site-relative links in
https://github.com/apache/commons-parent/blob/master/src/site/site.xml
are not working.
Try changing the links to absolute ones.

The relative links were added to site.xml (in commons parent) earlier this year.
AFAICT only the sites built since then have the problem, because only
they have the extra links.
Will look at this and write jira for it.

Are we (or infra) able to archive a repository? That would be a good
indicator for the user that the repository is not actively maintained. Then
they could find out more in the README file. Example archive repository:
