To have the page display when you click the button you simply need to use a javascript call to open the page when the button is pressed, for example: http://www.pageresource.com/jscript/jwinopen.htm However, you can't use the onclick event since this is not valid in the doc1.2 DTD, in fact neither is the form element needed to create a button. If your button is an image then it will work.
