Following the end-of-life of Apache 1.3, do we want to?
[ ] Remove libapreq-1.34 immediately from www.apache.org/dist/ and CPAN
remove it from the download.html page and add a sentence stating that

With APR now voting on new releases, I think it would make
sense for us to start targeting our next beta release: 2.3.12.
My plan is likely towards the end of next week, assuming the
APR vote passes...

How does this affect the XML output (sorry, can't test
here)? Personally, I'm sure there are scripts that take
the output from server-status and parse it, and specifically
look for '.'... this will break those.
