We have already translated almost all of the UI and help part. But the
localized build of openoffice.org for our language - Oromo(om) has untranslated
parts. For example on Help the strings under contents tab are still English, on
UI the installation wizard is still fully in English.

as far as I know, parts of installation wizard strings are in the po files,
and part of them is taken from the installer software repositories - NSIS is
used so that piece of software must be localized as well. When you localize
it do not forget to ask to include those new/updated files in

regarding the installer, we have the problem that the microsoft
installer only supports a small set of languages. A instset with om
string locale simply would not start up thus we are forced to build for
some languages a installer with en-US strings.
