Summary: Dolphin(KDE file browser) turns grey and doesn't respond
                    for several seconds
           Product: Compiz Fusion
           Version: git HEAD
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: -Unknown
        AssignedTo: dev@lists.compiz-fusion.org
        ReportedBy: s6nt1...@googlemail.com

First of all, according to my package manager the compiz version installed is
8.2.0, but this option is not available on in the version list.

I installed CompizFusion a few days ago on Mandriva Linux 2009.1 with KDE4.2.4
from the official Mandriva repo's.

Since then the Bug occured:
Every time I select specific *.mp4 files I ripped from DVD's the dolphin window
turns black&white or greyscale or whatever and freezes for approx. 10-20
seconds, not responding to any kind of user-input and then turns coloured again
and funtions normally. The coulor transition is smooth i.e. the saturation of
the window is reduced gradually.Movig the files or renaming them(inculding
extention) makes no diffrence. It only happens to this one set of files,
althogh I ripped several DVD's with the same settings, and thus there should be
no diffrence. Neither have I encountered this phenomenon elsewhere(Other
Program/files)

Current plugins activated(according to ccsm):
 -Desktop Wall
 -Expo
 -Animations
 -Fading Windows
 -Window Decoration
 -Wobbly Windows
 -Window Previews
 -Png
 -Dbus
 -Mouse Position Polling
 -Regex Matching
 -Move Window
 -Resize Window
 -Ring Switcher
 -Scale
I couldn't find any settings in any of the plugins that could greyscale a
single window, thus I was unable to identify the malfunctioning component.

If you need more information feel free to contact me.
with kind regards & thanks in advance for the support.
